Bill O'Connell has practiced for over 30 years in the areas of real estate law and finance law.

Mr. O'Connell’s practice embraces all aspects of real estate, including purchases and sales of commercial real estate; leasing for both landlords and tenants; structuring and documenting of real estate joint ventures; all kinds of real estate financing, including construction, permanent, and “equity kicker” loans; development; and other transactional matters. He also has extensive experience in workout negotiations and financial restructurings.

Bill represents corporations, LLC's and partnerships, financial institutions, and individuals in business entity formations, sales and acquisitions of businesses, and in all manner of other business transactions. He has also done a significant volume of equipment lease financing.

Bill has particular expertise and experience in handling complex and/or large dollar financial and real estate transactions.
