Represented both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance litigation involving: judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, injunctions, receiverships, non-monetary defaults, reinstatement rights and appraiser negligence. Represented both title insurers/ escrow agents and real estate sellers, purchasers and borrowers in litigation for breach of escrow duties and resolution of title problems. Experienced in transactional work, including real estate contracts, residential and commercial leases and in landlord advocacy, advising clients and representing them at rent board proceedings and writ proceedings.
