• Ms. Perham specializes in real estate and construction litigation, representing individuals, brokers, property managers, developers, and contractors.
• Her practice includes advising clients and litigating, mediating and arbitrating co-ownership and condominium disputes, nondisclosure issues, boundary disputes and construction law, including mechanic's lien law.
• She also counsels clients on Department of Real Estate and Contractors License Board matters.
• Ms. Perham has extensive experience in motion practice, trial preparation and appeals, and administrative law matters.
• Previous real estate experience includes a position as Permit Appeals Analyst with the California Coastal Commission.
